SALES MANAGERS
Fernau has seen substantial growth over the last few years with profits increasing sevenfold in the last 7 years. This has created the need to recruit several new sales managers to make the most of new business opportunities both in UK and abroad among the Civil Aviation, Government, Military and Coastal Marine sectors. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, the successful candidate’s experience will include responding to and winning large tenders. Ideally you have worked with ground based navigation systems; however experience in other technical industries such as ATC, Telecoms, Defence or RF technology would be relevant. You will probably have a qualification in electronics, ATC, IT or a PPL. Experience selling in a solutions environment will be a prerequisite as will the ability to absorb technical information and communicate this to others. You should be able to demonstrate tenacity and a strong desire to succeed as well as the ability to work on your own initiative. The role requires some overseas travel.
